Women's Geocaching Treasure Hunt

  • Elm Creek Park Reserve 12400 James Deane Parkway Maple Grove, MN, 55369 United States (map)

Attention of women of RiverLife! Are you longing for an adventure? Do you like to get outside and enjoy nature? Join us for a couple hours of geocaching. What's geocaching? It's a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS coordinates to find hidden containers. And it's a load of fun! Check out this video to learn more:

Everyone will be split into teams and compete for valuable (or maybe not so valuable) prizes. There will be an optional lunch afterwards for those who want to stick around.

You'll be tromping through the forest so make sure to wear comfortable shoes (sneakers, hiking boots) and comfortable clothes. Because of the physicality and rugged terrain involved in geocaching, it's not a very kid-friendly event. So, we recommend leaving the little ones at home.

Geocaching is the real-world adventure that's happening right now, all around you. Watch this video to learn more about what geocaching is, how it works and how you can become a part of it.
