Come join us for a fun Zumba session! Afterwards you will have the choice of two recipes to choose from to make a healthy shake. Ingredients, blenders, and a fun time will be provided.
Open to women of all ages! Be sure to wear appropriate workout apparel and feel free to bring your own water bottle. (We will also have water available)
