Healthy: Discovering the Connection
between Faith and Health

It’s summer, which means a lot of us are trying to get healthier. It might be by exercising more, eating better, or managing illnesses more effectively. But health is on the minds of a lot of people. To help with those health-related goals, this series will explore the intersections, relationships, and interrelatedness of Christian faith and our health. This isn’t a series on how to exercise more or eat better. (There are much better resources for that.) Instead, we’ll look at deep biblical truths that have dramatic impact on how we see and act out our health.
